"Il melograno è considerato tra i superfrutti, ha tantissime proprietà benefiche e questo ci ha fatto riflettere molto sulla qualità della frutta. Ci ha fatto pensare ad un’agricoltura di qualità. A differenza di tante realtà, ormai quasi industriali, dove la frutta non è frutta ma viene considerata un prodotto per il mercato. Le piante ci parlano, ma per interpretare il linguaggio c’è bisogno di praticare il campo ed imparare il linguaggio. Ci vuole tempo”.
